Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders within Canada. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

If you’re outside these regions, reach out — we may be able to help.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We want you to love your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?


At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, simply return your original item and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry — we take packaging seriously, but things happen.

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts. They never expire.
